Can I upload or send an image of the design I want?

Yes you can upload reference photos or sketches in the order form or send them by email after you submit the form.

How long does a custom order take to be made?

Lead times depend on the complexity of the design. Simple custom pieces typically take a few weeks; more complex items may take longer. We’ll give you a production estimate before you confirm your order.

Can I choose the exact diamond or gemstone I want?
